Grease Trap Effluent

Grease traps range from 500 to 8000 litres. They can come in larger sizes when dealing with industrial manufacturers of food products.
Grease traps are often located at the rear of buildings, inside commercial kitchens, basements and sometimes can be difficult to locate.
It is important that the lids are exposed and can be accessed by our staff members to avoid delays.
Grease traps must be serviced (pumped out and cleaned) regularly as specified by your local water authority.
Depending on the type of business you operate, pumping of your grease trap will be required every 3 months, 4 months, 6 months and 12 months.

Septic Tank

Over time septic tanks eventually fill up and needs a pump out. Septic systems require regular servicing approximately every 3 years to keep it functioning efficiently. After 3 years most septic tanks will have enough solid crust to cause blockages of the front inlet pipe. Once this occurs it will affect the functioning of your toilets and waste water.

Industrial Liquid Waste

In industrial areas, liquid wastes are generated by processing or manufacturing industries and service industries. The type of industry determines the composition of the waste. Industrial waste-waters which contain hazardous material contaminates must be treated, and the substances removed before the wastewater is discharged to the environment.

Sediment Tanks

Sedimentation tanks, also known as settling tanks are a component of a modern system of water supply or wastewater treatment. A sedimentation tank allows suspended particles to settle out of water or wastewater as it flows slowly through the tank, thereby providing some degree of purification.

Triple Interceptor

Triple interceptor pits are generally found in car wash facilities, mechanics, service centres and general facilities that require interception of their waste. The triple interceptor tanks reduce pollution from trade waste such as grease, fat, oil, silt, sand, sludge and other substances entering into the general wastewater and sewer systems.
Regular servicing is required of your triple interceptor pit to reduce the build up of solids, making it more cost effective when it comes to removal of the waste. Lack of maintenance allows your pit to exceed its regular capacity and can cease to function making it expensive and possibly damaging the system incurring further costs to your business.

Site Water

During and post demolition works it is common to require the excess water from natural events or accidental spills to be pumped out from the site to enable construction to commence. In several occurrences underground springs has been an issue but with our expertise services we can assist you to manage the water level until an engineering solution becomes available.
